This beautiful custom home is located right on the foothills of the Ahwatukee mountains in an upscale Phoenix neighborhood.
This property was the last empty lot left in the neighborhood and sat vacant for many years until the homeowners purchased it to build their dream home. We were fortunate enough to work with the builder Custom Homes Unlimited on another stunning project. They have beautiful dark cabinets in their kitchen were we added recessed can lights, pendant lights and under cabinet lights. Throughout the home are recessed can lights, sconce lights, designer fans and accent lighting. One of our favorite things about this home is the large back patio where we added 2 fans which will allow the homeowners to sit outside and enjoy the up close view of the Ahwatukee mountains year round.
