This standard 2 story track home was turned into a beautiful custom home! Although nothing was changed structurally on this home the cosmetic upgrades make this look like a brand new custom residence. We provided all of the electrical upgrades on this recent Gilbert remodel and we love how it turned out.
Whenever possible we try to use LED energy efficient lighting and on this project the homeowners wanted us to help them make the switch. We added over 14 new recessed can LED lights and any existing recessed can lights were switched out to have an LED can trim.
The kitchen was completely remodeled to include a larger more open and efficient layout. We rearranged the location of the wires for the oven, range and cooktop. We also added modern pendant lights over the spacious island that go beautiful with the new clean, white custom cabinets. Throughout the home we prewired and installed 5 ceiling fans in each bedroom and added various accent lighting inside and outside.
